Claims made easier
Help With Roof Insurance Claims in Berkeley Lake
Insurance paperwork is nobody's idea of fun. We'll make the roof side of it a lot easier.
We've Got Your Back on the Roof Side
If you've never filed a roof claim before, it can feel a bit like learning a new language. There are phone calls, an adjuster visit and, a few weeks later, an estimate full of line items that's hard to make sense of. Here's where we come in on the roof side. Before you file, or right after, we head up and photograph the storm damage slope by slope, so it's easy for anyone to follow. We measure the whole roof too, which lets the numbers on the estimate be checked against the real thing. When your adjuster comes by, one of our folks is up on the roof alongside them, pointing out each spot we documented. Once the estimate lands, we read through it next to our photos. If anything got left out, whether that's an entire slope, the edge metal, the first row of starter or a few vents, we put together a supplement with the pictures and measurements attached and send it to your insurance company. We'll be straight with you about our part, too. Haggling with insurers isn't something we do, and no one can tell you ahead of time what an insurance company will decide. It's your policy, so all the decisions stay with you. What we bring is a full, easy-to-follow set of proof.
