What We Collect

When you call, we may collect your name, phone number, your home's address, details about your roof, storm damage or insurance claim, and anything else you choose to share.

When you visit this site, some technical information may be collected automatically, like your browser type, device, the pages you visit and a general location based on your IP address.

How We Use It

We use your information to schedule and complete inspections, prepare estimates, document your roof, keep you updated on your project and, if you ask us to, work with your insurance adjuster.

We may also use it to keep project records, follow up on open jobs and improve our services and this website.

Cookies

This site may use cookies and similar tools to understand how people use it. You can set your browser to block cookies, though some parts of the site might not work as expected.

Who We Share With

We never sell your personal information. We only share what's needed to finish your project, such as with your insurer or adjuster when you ask us to, suppliers and permit offices.

We may also share information with companies that help us run the business, or when the law requires it or it's needed to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Photos of Your Roof

Inspection photos are used to document your roof for you and, if you'd like, your insurer. We won't post photos that identify your home without your permission.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

This site may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle privacy.
